## Permitted without written permission

- Reading entity pages, renderings and feeds, and querying the API, for your own use.
- Citing individual facts, with attribution: name EntityWiki and link the claim revision URL (https://entitywiki.com/c/{claim_id}@{revision}) or the entity URL. Attribution is required on every reproduced fact.
- Linking to any EntityWiki page.

## Not permitted without written permission

- Copying, redistributing, republishing, mirroring or caching records, renderings, feeds, dumps or any substantial part of the dataset, in any form or format.
- Bulk download, crawling for retention, or building derivative datasets, indexes or knowledge graphs from EntityWiki content.
- Using EntityWiki content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models.

## Evidence and vocabulary

Evidence captures are third-party content held for verification; they are served only to check a claim and carry their publishers' own rights, recorded per capture. The predicate vocabulary credits the Wikidata properties and schema.org terms it maps to, which remain under their own terms.
